There are two offices available. An office of 194 m2 comprising a part of the third floor and another office of 612 m2 which is the totality of the second floor.

Each floor have their own one kitchen, toilet for men, women and handicap toilet.

 

The third floor office is available of  194 m2 or only £250 per month for the small 40 m2 independant room.

The offices are accessed through two staircase. The first one is on 5 King Street and the other one is on 7 Queen Street.

The office are accesible through a lift on King street.

The condition varies from newly refurbished to necessitating a light redecoration by painting or new paper wall.

 

A rent free period of 6 months would be provided on office necessitating a light decoration.
